Reflex Monster — Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These terms include a class-action waiver and a binding arbitration clause (Section 12). By using Reflex Monster you agree to resolve disputes individually and by arbitration, and you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Please review Section 12 carefully.

1. What Reflex Monster is

Reflex Monster ("Reflex Monster", "we", "us") is a non-custodial software interface to public, permissionless programs on the Solana blockchain. It lets you create tokens and route transactions to those programs from a wallet you control. We do not operate the underlying blockchain and do not control the programs your transactions interact with.

2. No custody, no advice

We never take custody of your tokens, funds, or private keys. You alone control your wallet and every transaction you sign. Nothing on Reflex Monster is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

3. Tokens carry total risk

Every token is created and controlled by its launcher, not by Reflex Monster. Tokens have no intrinsic value, are not backed by anyone, and can lose all of their value at any time. "Reflection", buy-and-burn, and similar mechanics are automated behaviours of public programs and are not a promise of price, yield, or return. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

4. Your submissions are permanent and public

When you launch, the details you submit — including name, ticker, image, description, and links — are written to the public blockchain and/or decentralized storage. This information is permanent: it cannot be edited, hidden, or deleted by you or by us. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you are not entitled to publish.

5. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions and securities laws. Do not use Reflex Monster if such use is prohibited where you are.

6. Fees

Interacting with blockchain programs incurs network fees and may incur protocol or platform fees that are disclosed at the point of the transaction. All fees are enforced on-chain by the relevant programs; you approve them when you sign.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reflex Monster to break the law, infringe others' rights, manipulate markets, impersonate others, or interfere with the interface's operation. We may restrict access to the interface at any time, but we cannot alter or reverse on-chain activity.

8. Third-party programs and services

Reflex Monster routes to third-party programs (such as launch and liquidity protocols) and may surface third-party data. We do not control and are not responsible for those programs, services, or data.

9. No warranties

The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflex Monster and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the interface or any token.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflex Monster and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the interface, your submissions, or your violation of these terms or any law.

12. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the interface will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims. You and Reflex Monster each waive the right to a jury trial.

Class-action waiver: disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, re-acknowledged in the interface. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
